trnaE : tRNA-GluUUC

Modifications: [1]

• None of the glutamyl-tRNAs were included in the modified nucleobase analysis in the above cited reference

Transfer RNA coding elements are organized in up to eleven loci in Staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococci encode up to three glutamyl-tRNA sequences, all of which share the same UUC anticodon. This tRNA-GluUUC1 is from Locus I; other tRNA-Glu can be found elsewhere in Locus IV (tRNA-GluUUC2), and in Locus VII (tRNA-GluUUC3). Please note that modifications on tRNA-GluUUC have not been determined.
