terL : serogroup F terminase large subunit [1]

Prophage terminase complexes assist in transferring the prophage genome into phage capsids. The large terminase subunit is an ATP-driven motor unit that translocates viral DNA provided to it by the small subunit into empty capsids. The serogroup F large terminase subunit is assisted by the hnh nuclease which cleaves genome concatemers at cos sites, ensuring each capsid receives a single prophage genome.
